I've been using Gold's Gym for a while now and I'm truly impressed! The gym is clean, well-equipped with modern machines, and the staff and trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, and highly motivating. A great place to stay fit!

For the past four months, I've been a regular at the gym, and I must say, it's been an incredible experience. The gym is clean and spacious, with well-maintained machines and equipment. As I approach 50, I joined the gym to prioritize my mental and physical well-being. Initially, I was hesitant to join, being new to Kerala and not speaking the local language. However from the receptionist to the manager and trainers, everyone has been warm and kind, making me feel at ease. Now, the gym has become my second home, and I'm thoroughly enjoying this fitness journey. My personal trainer,Mr Anoop is knowledgeable and supportive.

Gold's Gym is a suitable place for anyone serious about fitness. The gym is fully equipped and well maintained. Very spacious room for body workouts with nature touches. I think its the biggest with modern facilities in the city. I am really very happy with them last three years!

I have been a member of this gym since 2019 but it's in 2024 that I started to take my fitness seriously. Gold's Gym has played an integral role in sculpting myself into what I am today. They have good equipment and the staff is also very approachable and friendly. Big hugs to Mr. Visakh, my personal trainer and gym bro for all the constant guidance and support. I have been a member at Gold's for couple of months now. The gym has really good equipment and is never too crowded. The trainers are all well qualified professionals. Maybe a little bit pricey but their service makes up for it. Special call-out to my personal trainer Mr. Vishakh who has tolerated me all this time (I have never been an athletic person). I have even recommended him to my friends as well.
