Affordable Fitness!! It's been 2 months since I joined this gym. And boy, hasn't it been a ride!! I've grinded for these past few weeks, and I gotta tell you, the results are showing. I had joined for the weight loss program, and I've shed around 10kg as of now. A special thanks can be given to the trainers here, especially Sharath, Aju, Hisham and RD. The workouts they gave and diet plan they suggested is working the magic within me. I would suggest this gym, for all those who want to get fit for an affordable cost.

Disappointing Workout Atmosphere at Arrows Gym's top floor I've been coming to Arrows Gym for a while, but the workout atmosphere on the top floor is seriously lacking. The lady gym instructor constantly plays Tamil music tracks, which just don't create the high-energy vibe needed for an intense workout. Gym music should be motivating and suited for exercise, but instead, it feels like a personal playlist being forced on everyone. A gym should cater to all members with universally energizing music, not just one specific preference. Definitely not the best environment for a proper workout!

Great ambience & Certified trainers Supportive like homely feel

I have been there for past 4 months . Gym owner is very rude and she was very aggressive for the beginners I won't suggest this gym because of this behaviour.

It's been years since I have joined this gym.Best Personal trainers, Good and friendly environment to workout. All trainers are really helpful, they are always ready to guide you and always motivate you and push you one step forward. I really love this place ,it's like a comfort zone for me to workout. I always recommend my friends to join this gym for not only to get in shape but to be mentally and physically strong.The best decision i have ever made to join arrows fitness to stay healthy and fit. Would like to highly recommend arrows fitness, go guys go and explore, start your journey of fitness....

I've gone for nearly 2 years now, so here's my take: The place has an energetic vibe with bright lights and bassy sound systems. They offer a variety of training programs and have a large team of trainers who are very friendly and helpful. For such a classy place, the fee is incredibly affordable. The drawbacks: While the gym has top-tier equipment, they don't have enough of certain machines. And you might find yourself waiting in line sometimes. The gym gets very overcrowded especially after 7pm. (You could say they're suffering from success, as too many people are coming due to how good it is )

One of the best gyms in TVM, within city as well. Got the friendliest coaches. They actually care and help you improve. suggest diets and training routines as well. got many plans for cardio and strength. with family plans, personal trainers, other activites as well. The place has two floors one for cardio and other for strengthening, machines are well maintained timely, clean and no issues at all. The place has a changing room, washrooms, place to keep bags and music on! The prices start at a min of 1000-1500/- per month which is worth the spent!

Arrow Fitness Gym is a top choice for people of all types. It's a fantastic place to work out and is highly recommended for those on a budget.
