I joined Alpha Gym 2.5 months ago with no prior gym experience, aiming to get stronger and fitter. Within just a month, I could already feel the difference both mentally and physically. The staff, especially my trainers Aakash and Jijo, are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, always guiding me with the right workouts. The gym is well-maintained, fully air-conditioned with two spacious floors, clean washrooms and dressing rooms, and great music. Even during peak hours, crowd management is excellent, and the atmosphere is so positive with supportive members all around. Truly a perfect place to work out!

The gym is very clean. Fully air conditioned. It's packed with all kinds of equipments. There are male and female trainers allt he time. The trainers are well experienced and gives individual attention to everyone.
