Tarzan Multi Gym | Thiruvalla

I had an injury and it had made me to quit workouts but restarted my training after 2years at Tarzan gym. I am getting personal training from Sony and so far it has been great. The guidance I am getting is very good and the workout is designed to give relief and care to my injury. Step by step approach with everyday step up is something I liked. I would definitely recommend Sony as he knows what he is doing

Mr Babu is very good trainer & he is the owner as well. He takes care of the things required & does the job accordingly.. It's been 2 weeks since I have joined the jim, must say I am satisfied. It's a bit Expensive gym compared to other gym's in.thiruvalla but it worth it. Almost most of the equipment he got in the gym cardio is also there. Separate timings for men & women with is available. This gym is highly recommended..

This is one of the best gyms in kerala with modern equipment and other exercise machines. It's also a good place for women too and has a seperate ladies section .The gym also offers cardiac training,weight training and other weight loss and muscle building exercises .The instructor is also very good and has a lot of knowledge about workouts and overall physical health and was a also former bodybuilding champion .He is in peak physical condition even at this age. I would recommend this place to all those people seeking to lose weight or build muscle and mass or just truly love their body:)

No AC not even fan and for thos who are coming to see girls there is hardly one or two girls but that to are fat and doesn't wear gym bra so will not recommend

Deserve no stars... absolutely a waste of time n money... will charge u through the nose n give u 10 minute speech on importance of workout... Not updated no sense of body types just a big box of crap...

There is strict trainer called babu achayan ..he will instruct you..he knows how to make you fit..

All fake. Poor training and doesn't allow anyone to grow.
