RESHAPE, Thiruvalla.ladies slimming & Fitness Centre

I had a wonderful experience at Re-Shape. This is the 3rd gym I have joined and I have met none like Shalu before ! She genuinely wants to help others, she is my PT. But from what I have noticed she guides people irrespective of whether they have taken PT, this is something I have never witnessed before.

I had a really good experience with the slimming program. It helps with fat loss, and by the end of the sessions, you can see a big difference. Visible weight loss and body changes are noticeable, especially when combined with the healthy diet plan they provide. Worth trying if you're looking to lose weight and see real changes

If u r looking for a better & comfortable space for fitness "Reshape" is the best option for that. I have been going to Reshape for the past few months, within months i can see a big difference 9kg Weight loss happen in 2 months. Specially gym trainer "Shalu" is very helpful and friendly.She is very good at her job. She not only instructor but also does the workouts with us.She train us very well in a proper way. Its helps me a lot. Here we doing group workouts that makes us so much fun. It is one of the best ladies gym in thiruvalla. Highly recommended

I have been a member at RESHAPE for a few months now and I am happier with my decision. The staff were so friendly and supportive. Especially the trainer, always available at our needs. Not only me but to all clients, they are super cool. They will guide us throughout the journey. Needed to be mention that the environment is so positive, the equipments and the atmosphere are so clean everyday. Apart from this, there were other facilities provided by gym. One of my fav is Slimming. I have been doing slimming for 2 months and it fasten my weight loss. Even the trainer for slimming is so supportive. The diet plans given by dietitian is so healthy and effective. Workouts + Slimming + Healthy diet helped me to loss my weight. Altogether RESHAPE is the best choice for a healthy weight loss journey. I highly recommend this place!!!!!

Special thanks to trainer ,Shalu- her sessions are always full of energy and she truly knows how to push us to give our best. I've also really enjoyed the group workouts with Jossy, Megha, Reja,Swetha, and Jerrina.... each of them brings something unique to the session and keeps things fun and challenging. Highly recommend Reshape to anyone looking for a positive and supportive fitness environment!
