This is one of the best gym in our locality.the trainers in manfit is well certified they can train you any type of variations. If you are an athlete you can have that kinda training. If you are trying to build muscles you will be getting that kind of traing . If you are looking forward to loose fat you will be getting that kind of trasformation too . Overall its a great gym good athmosher to train

Great Gym with great atmosphere that doesn't feel intimidating. Nithin has been training me for the the last 10 months and can honestly say my whole mindset has completely changed with his input. I was in really bad shape and very unfit when I joined, Nithin and his brother Nibin guided me every step and each week pushes me to achieve more than I ever thought was possible. Nithin & Nibin are great personal trainers who ensures that I have fun varied sessions and has helped me enjoy excise!
