Love this place..I have been a student on and off for many years.. my experience has been very pleasant... our teachers Prabhakaran sir and Manu sir are extremely good... Their teachings are engraved in our mind. One hour in class goes so fast ... yoga is taught according to our capacity and individual attention is given to all students.
