No trainers, old and bad condition equipments, no maintainance, not clean. It is one of the worst fitness center in palakkad. Beginners better not to join this place. New gym has started near by. Better to go there.

Friendly people's and nice gym loved it . Now stopped due to the lockdown

It is a good workout place. Mostly all the training equipments are available there. But trainer is not there.
