First of all let me start by saying how great the service of this gym is, It is located in one of the prime location of palakkad town very easy to access. The gym instructors and staff are very friendly and supportive for all your regimen. The equipments are high tech along with good air conditioned space. The gym is equipped with good trail rooms, water filters and all the required items needed. The packages are very good if u need any sort of diet or personal train they'll provide it.
