Fitbox Gym has top-quality equipment, but that's where the positives end. The rest of the experience is honestly frustrating and unhygienic. The gym space itself feels like a dark, stuffy hall with poor ventilation, giving you more of a suffocating vibe than an energetic workout environment. Despite having signs that say "Bring your own towel," no one actually follows it -- most machines are left drenched in sweat, and no staff enforces basic hygiene. Equipment is rarely wiped down, dumbbells are dusty, and plates are scattered all over with zero organization. There's just one trainer, Aswin -- thankfully, he's good at what he does. He gives unique and effective workouts and doesn't just tell people to "use whatever's free." However, you have to ask him what to do, as he doesn't proactively check in. But the most shocking part? When you look out the windows, you'll see used Cool Lip packets and other trash thrown onto the sunshades. This speaks volumes about the kind of crowd that's allowed in -- people with no basic manners or respect for shared spaces. It genuinely makes you wonder: why are such individuals even allowed to be part of a fitness community? Fitbox could be an amazing gym if proper cleanliness, crowd control, and basic discipline were enforced. Right now, it feels more like a pigsty neglected place with wasted potential.
