Woh it's a great gym with a great trainer Called Manu sir.He is really helpful for all . This gym is well equipped and imported machineries .A great trainerrr is manuuuu sir He knows a clear analysis of thee gym training. A great person with high motivational speechessss.. Nice gym ,equipments are are little old but has extreme safety, trainers are friendly and knows best workouts for you and you can feel change in six months if you perform the following exercises and diet there are multiple trainers to assist for your workout, I have been here for 7 months and I have been got a nice change on my body If you are looking for a gym this is the one you should look for
