I have 35 years experience in bodybuilding and one time Mr. South India, 3 times Mr. Kerala, 3 times Mr. Idukki one time Mr. Kottayam in Masters category, one time Mr. Idukki 65 kg class in Seniors category, one time Mr. Kottayam 2nd in Sub Junior category. Now I am 54 years old and went many gym and fitness centre in my career in all over India. Since last one year i am doing my workout in 4 In Fitness centre KUNNAMANGALAM and I win my 3 rd Mr. Kerala Masters in 2021 from this gym at the age of 54. This gym already produced Mr. South India, Mr. Shanawas, Mr. Kerala and Mr. Kozhikode It is not a very modern Fitness centre and gym but this gym have the potential to provide more best body builders for Kozhikode and Kerala. Have wonderful experienced Trainers like Shanawas and Remi. So nice attitude. Highly recommended for those who are looking for a good result in their Fitness standard.
