I trained at Sol Wellness for about 3 weeks and had a really good experience. The gym was clean, well-equipped, and had a calm, motivating atmosphere. A big shoutout to my trainer, Arshad. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure each session was effective. Even in a short time, he took the effort to understand my fitness level and guided me with the right workouts. He also kept a close eye on my form and gave helpful feedback throughout. Overall, a great experience and I'd definitely consider returning in the future.

Wokeup 4:45am and ready to drive 35min from farook. College. Got a welcome by staff with holding Umbrella bcs of rain. I tried to reach you a day before to check the timing. Saw 6am -10am & 6pm-10pm. Since I am a morning person, I choosed 6am. Good space, nice ambience, well smiled trainers. I didn't go through full space since I was hurry to start my training. My intention to explore maximum time since I am participating HYROX at Sharjah 12th April. Equipments are new and well maintained. Thank you so much for all the facilities and assistance during the training. It was my leg day and same time, compound training, core strengthening and endurance need to do with in a time period. What a greatday .. Highly recommend those loves good ambience and knows how to operate full body workout with limited equipments. Recommend:- Ski Reg machine please. Leather wall ball. Sanitary bottle in some corners with hygeine towel. It was my 13 days vacation, will come back again on August.in between I will be promoting your center at my best. Thank you Solo & Co.

I've been training at Sol for a month now, and it's been an incredible experience so far. Jishnu, my coach, has designed a program tailored exactly to my goals--and we've stuck to it with great discipline. Yadu, Shafad, and the rest of the team, have been nothing but supportive throughout my journey. The gym has a jovial, uplifting community that makes every session something I look forward to.
