I have joined this gym in February 2025 and this was my first gyming experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who does not have a prior experience with work outs.
The least you expect when you are a beginner is a good support system from the trainers which was completely lacking here. My requests were completely ignored on more than multiple instances which was very demeaning and disrespectful.
2 star is only for the location and the infrastructure which is good.

Writing a honest experience from my friend. Very little equipments available. And the trainers are not properly trained, they don't know how to do exercise, which can cause more harm than good like causing injuries. Unfortunately she had already paid 3 months in advance. On the first day itself she came to know the reallity of this gym. Asked for a refund, and they were not ready to refund the money. Atleast they could have given back the money except 1 month fees. It's not fair.

Terrible experience -- I strongly do not recommend this gym.
I joined this gym recently and paid for 3 months upfront. Unfortunately, it was a big mistake. The gym has very poor infrastructure -- only one treadmill, one cycle, and very few weight lifting machines. Even worse, the quality of the machines is extremely poor and not well-maintained, which was even more alarming than the lack of quantity.
The crowd is too much for such limited equipment -- I had to wait more than 30 minutes just to use basic machines. As a busy doctor, I cannot afford to waste my valuable time like this.
On my first day, I noticed that people were doing weight lifting exercises with completely wrong techniques, and no trainer seemed to correct them. I genuinely wonder if the trainers here have any valid certification at all. This can easily lead to serious injuries for unsuspecting members.
If they had given me a trial class for 1-2 days, I would never have paid for 3 months. When I requested a refund after just one day, the staff simply told me that many people drop out but they don't refund anyone because "no refund" is written in the admission form.
The only thing attracting innocent ladies here is the cheap price they offer. But as a doctor, I am telling you -- your health is more important, and a bad gym can only make things worse for your body. Please understand that before you join.
This setup is fooling people with minimal, unsafe facilities which cannot be called a proper gym. I really urge the concerned authorities to grant gym permissions only after properly inspecting the gym's infrastructure and verifying the trainers' qualifications for the safety and betterment of society.
Please think twice before joining this place -- it's a waste of time, money, and a risk to your health.

Thank you for your reply. First of all, I stand by my feedback because it is based on my direct experience -- not hearsay. I joined your gym on 2nd July, not during any so-called peak time as you claim. I spent around 2 hours on the first day and 2.5 hours the next day, so I think 4.5 hours is more than enough to judge the basic infrastructure, equipment quality, and supervision.
Second, I am not a beginner -- I have prior gym experience, so I know what correct form looks like. For example, during a biceps curl, the elbows must stay fixed to isolate the muscle. I saw people swaying their elbows with no correction from trainers -- is that acceptable for you? This is just one clear example of poor supervision that risks injury.
Also, you can check your equipment quality yourself -- just sit and do cycling. cnti veednikkaate 10 minutes ceyyaa prrrroonn nookk. Don't you think a cycle is a basic thing in a gym? Even that is uncomfortable and nearly unusable.
When I realised this setup was not worth my time or money, I asked for a refund the very next day, and your staff gave me the owner's email. I mailed you immediately -- did you bother to respond or call me to understand my concerns? A responsible owner would at least apologise for a bad experience and try to resolve it -- instead, you are criticising and showing arrogance towards someone's genuine complaint.
And don't you think offering 2-3 days of trial classes is basic and fair? Why should you force new members to pay the full amount on the first day itself, before they even see what they're paying for?
Lastly, accusing me of posting false reviews through my friends is completely baseless and unprofessional. My feedback is my own -- as a paying member who genuinely tried to use your gym.
I hope people read this and make an informed choice -- and I hope you use this feedback to actually improve your gym rather than attacking dissatisfied customers. And don't you think people have every right to speak against injustice?

Poor training. Trainers may certificates, but the attitude and knowledge is very very poor. As females are not familiar with workouts, they are being fooled by these trainers. Service also is very poor
