Krome Fitness

Nice gym, I joined recently. The gym is well maintained and has an impressive variety of fitness and exercise machines from the United States. There are four trainers. Everyday there are different sets of exercises. The trainers take you from your existing capacity of endurance to higher in stages as you become stronger. It is a pleasure to do a workout in the gym as it leaves you fresh to take on the day. Whether you're sad or happy, Krome Fitness has the positive vibes that make you fresh as a 12 year old

I had been to so many gyms, but never ended up continuing. I was fed up, but decided to try one more time. Had heard about this new functional fitness gym called Krome Fitness. It was different from the first day. Their workouts killed us, but it was so much fun that I found myself going every day and sad that they are closed on Sundays. Great trainers! Great community! Great experience! Thank u Kris Naomi and Pooja for making our days awesome. Hats off.

Trying to review a place that gave me strength and fuelled me with positivity during a tough phase in my life is not easy. Krome is way more than a "gym" .. it was my "me time", my social hour and the force that made be better than I was the previous week. Needless to say, it was the highlight of my day! I lost over 10kgs in weight and 4 inches around the waist but the numbers can not compare to the lifestyle I gained.

Probably the best gym and functional fitness centre in Calicut... Unlike other conventional gyms, you won't find any "meat shops" here... instead you will find alot of people with so much energy and positivity... The atmosphere and the trainers are so great that work out is no longer a task or a punishment but something you will be eagerly looking forward to... Chris, Lajith, Kim, you guys are absolutely fantastic...

THE BEST! I MUST SAY, THE BEST FITNESS CENTER EVER IN CALICUT AND WILL EVER BE. I have been working out, on and off for about more than 6 years now in Calicut and I must say I haven't felt any better than KROME FITNESS w/ anything else I could and had tried in here. KROME is more than a family to me now. We (the members of Krome) also have a riders group which came as a bonus unexpectedly. The trainers are well qualified and unlike other gyms and all, these guys really know what they're doing. The results are super amazing if you're ready to push yourselves and exceed your limits. ( every kromites will know ) They also have a super cool nutritionist ( Name is Naomi ) who I must say the best nutritionist that Calicut can ever get. * correction : not Calicut! Complete Kerala itself, Naomi is the star. Most importantly, unlike other gyms you actually go there everyday if you're a member! Because all day is different in Krome and you won't feel like missing a day. Secondly, worth the money you pay! You can always find a better place in terms of money than this. But remember, what matter is the ACTUAL RESULTS!! And that's what you pay for.

Completing a 6 day Himalayan trek would not have been possible for me if it wasnt for the special training provided by Krome. Thank you Naomi and Kris! You guys rock ! As a client I appreciate your genuine interest in helping each member achieve their fitness goal...and as a friend I owe it to you for helping me create happy memories and friends both at sea level and all the way upto 14000 ft above...Naomi and Nileena ..i am so glad we did this together.. the experience wldnt have been so pleasant and enriching without your company.. looking forward to many more adventures with you both and the Krome family.

The best crossfit and gym with the best trainers which are hard to beat at any standards. Loved my time there and will keep going.
