Eco has all the variety of equipments and is very spacious.trainers are very friendly and teaches all athe workout for the beginners in the beginning.been here for more than 1 year and is fully satisfied.

Awesome ambience with energetic trainers especially shaju .. and group session experience was also nice .. those who are in mankave kinassery area I personally prefer eco fitness for healthy fitness.
