I've been a client here for close to a year now. I joined looking to get started with resistance training, something that I personally have limited experience with. What I appreciate with this place is their holistic approach to fitness, focusing on diet, mental health and a more measured approach even to exercise. They offer individual and group classes, depending on what suits you best. The individual sessions, though more costly, is totally worth the investment if you're considering it. Both the group and individual plans are for 12 x 1 hour sessions over the month, so 3 sessions spread over the week. I have worked with two trainers during this time and the experience has been quite good. Cureocity emphasises a lot on training their staff and it clearly shows in the way they train. There are a few limitations that you need to be aware of: - They are tight on space, so when classes run full it ends up getting quite packed. - You cannot use the facilities by yourself, so access is limited to the slots you have with your trainer. Both the limitations arise in my opinion from the success they are experiencing, which is a good problem for them to have I guess..
