It has been a year since I have been training with Clan the future. The trainers here offer a safe and comfortable space to become better versions of yourself. Their knowledge about physical fitness and training is excellent and their attitude and enthusiasm highly motivating. I reached out to Clan the Future, Kozhikode about 7 months ago from the Middle East and connected with Mr. Anoop for an online assessment. He created a personalized workout plan and guided me through the initial sessions before assigning me to Coach Varun. We've consistently had a minimum of 3 sessions per week, with the flexibility to plan workouts based on my schedule -- which was a big plus. Initially, I started training at home using just a couple of resistance bands, and after a month, I moved to a gym setup, continuing my sessions there. The transition was smooth and well-supported. Recently, I had the opportunity to visit their Kozhikode branch in person, where a new plan was developed after another thorough assessment. Over the past 7 months, I've lost 6 kgs -- something I had struggled with for a long time. One of the best gyms in Calicut! I joined Clan Gym with neck pain and knee issues, but the trainers provided excellent assistance and proper care throughout my workouts. Every trainer at Clan is highly qualified; they truly understand client needs and design training sessions accordingly. I'm especially grateful to my personal trainer, Mr. Amalesh. He's been incredibly supportive, helping me reduce weight and improve my flexibility. It was a fantastic experience working with the professional team at clan,the personal trainer that was provided for me (mr.manu )was very professional and made very effective plans and helped me to achieve my goals,to conclude i would say that this was my best gym experience as everyone was like a family and trained hard together.
