Best ladies gym in calicut! The whole set up here is just perfect. Coaches and staffs are exceptionally good. This friendly atmosphere motivates me to reach my fitness goals. This is my first gym experience and iam glad that i made the right decision at the right time. Already lost some kg within a short period of time, it's not about losing weight but also my overall health and immunity has improved a lotbig thanks to bodywave. The cleanliness in this gym is highly appreciated. They have a wide range of modern equipments and recovery sessions, what else we ladies needed! Highly recommended..

Flexible Timing: The timings are so flexible - they truly understand busy women's lives and make it easy to fit in workouts. Great Recovery Sessions : Their recovery sessions are fantastic! Whether it's pre or post workout stretches or specialized recovery programs, they've helped me feel rejuvenated and less sore. But beyond the facilities and programs Body Wave has gifted me something special - Wonderful new friends. We motivate each other, share fitness tips and even catch up outside after gym hours. It's become a lovely community. What I love most is the vibe - it's welcoming, women-centric, and encourages you to push your boundaries in a comfortable environment. I joined Body Wave three months ago primarily due to its proximity to my home, but I have since discovered that it is one of the finest ladies-only gyms in Kerala. The trainers are not only highly skilled and attentive, but they are friendly and also maintain a pristine environment that fosters both safety and comfort during workouts. Additionally, the recovery sessions they offer have been invaluable in helping to rejuvenate and enhance overall fitness experience. I've been with body wave from past 4 months . The best part I liked the most is their cleanliness. The place is so neat and designed thoughtfully . There is freshness everyday. Really well maintained They are equipped with all the modern machines both for strength and cardio . The trainers are well cooperative and knowledgeable and of course friendly . We have option to choose from gym to Yoga or Zumba . Both are really good . Healthy meal and drinks available and are value for money . Also the protein bars and powders we can choose from variety of flavours . This gym is a great place to relax after work outs . I tried their massage chair and it's really relaxing . Also the steam bath , Sauna and ICE TUB ..those can be seen only here. Overall I am really happy that I am also a member @ body wave gym Really Appreciate the effort for keeping this gym so lively and neatly Definitely recommend it to anyone serious about staying fit and healthy!

I'm Jafna. First of all, I would like to thank Bodywave for starting such a wonderful fitness centre with amazing coaches and trainers. I had been searching for a ladies-only fitness centre for the past few years, and I'm so glad I found this one. Today marks one month since I joined, and I'm really satisfied -- I've already lost 2 kg! I also experienced a steam bath today with three friends, and it was truly refreshing.
