Rishi Gurukulam

I make sure to come here atleast once every year. Considering our lifestyle in the modern age, it is important to take care of our body. Have been coming here past 5 years. Recently, I underwent a transformative 9-day Ayurvedic treatment at Rishi Gurukulam to address chronic shoulder pain from my desk job. The combination of massage, Kaladi, and Naadi treatments, along with herbal medicine, was incredibly effective. By the fourth day, my shoulder pain had significantly reduced. Beyond pain relief, I experienced improved sleep, better skin, and even weight loss. The center's serene atmosphere and the knowledgeable Ayurvedic doctor created a perfect healing environment. Highly recommend!

While we stayed in Kerala, we learnt Yoga everyday in this center and we had so much fun. Vipin gurukkal, our trainer, taught us very well based on our level. I used to do Yoga before but it was the first time for my hudsband to do this, so I worried a lot. But now I am happy that my hudsband enjoyed it so much. Thank you Vipin ji !!

I joined Rishi Gurukulam of weeks ago, and im glad i did it. The class and treatment (kalari thirumal)has really helped me for my sciatica and stiffness in muscles. I highly recommend it. Vipin gurukkal is very patience and explains all the benefits of each asanas.

Every instructors is very caring and extremely good yogi at true practice who keep their practice very well. Their energy is extremely positive, willingly to direct to the student on their own yogic life.

I got complete recover from my back pain RISHI GURUKULAM, after that he teached me Chavitti Uzhichil and other traditional Kalari and Ayurveda treatments... In my experience Rishi Gurukulam is a peaceful energetic place and Vipin Gurukkal is well knowledgeable, simple and powerful person always with an innocent smile and healing energy.
