I came to Ultimate Gym with a goal to gain weight, and I'm thrilled to say I've succeeded! My trainer, Nimishikhan, was incredibly supportive and motivating throughout my journey. His guidance and expertise helped me achieve my goals, and I couldn't be more grateful.

It's almost a year since I have joined the gym I can feel the change in me. I does my workout in the early mornings.. My trainer is Nimshikhan. He is very supportive. The gym is packed with all equipment from beginner to advanced training programs. The atmosphere is excellent. If anyone want to loose fat or gain weight your place is out here. Here you can get fit and be in the elite club of confidence seekers. Atlast your consistency and perseverance matters a lot. It's not a one day myth. It takes time and patience.. Your nutrition intake too matters a lot. You will get proper guidence with your nutrition intake too. So no more confusions.. Pack your stuffs and get ready to get fit.

There might be large mirrors covering the walls to allow people to check their form during exercises. Being an Armed forces personnel I was confused where to start of my journey of weight loss to loose my postpartum weight..Joined Ultimate with an overall weight of 75 kgs..my hope was all upon my master..But I must say I wasn't wrong...I was in the safest and appropriate hand...I reduced my weight to 65 kgs in four months.Am really thankful to my master Shameem and my dear friends over dere who helped me in this journey..I recommend to all friends over dere to join this gym and achieve your goals
