One of the best female gym available in kollam . The trainer is very experienced and gives training as per the health concerns. Nice ambiance and affordable fees. One hour in this gym is a brilliant investment for a healthy body. A part from usual gym exercise in equipment , trainer also teaches to do ground exercises which is very effective. After joining the gym and started doing proper workouts I realised the importance of exercise in the daily routine because it makes wonderful changes.
