Its the most spacious gym i have seen in kochi. Trainer is so helpful and committed, especially Bharath. There are all kind of equipments and suppliments available in gym. opening time: morning 5am - 12 pm, evening 5pm to 10pm I would recommend this gym to everyone It is a paradise of competition winners.

Awsm gym...have all equipment.. Supportive Coach... More then sufficient space to workout.. 1000 re admission fees followed by 500 rs monthly fees.....which is very gud as per gym standard it's very less fees....u will not get this high quality gym in this price...join the gym make ur life healthy nd fit..thanku Jai Hind...
