I've been joined this gym for five months now, and this is my first experience . this place is soo good for ladies and it's so peaceful and commodious .The trainer here is very friendly and he is very good at making people comfortable at the gym.The workout here is hitting me hard and getting the results effectively . This is one of the best gym in our area as for real .

This is my second time working out at a gym, but it's the first time I've been consistent with my workouts. I've been working out every day for the past five months. The trainer, Midhun Bro, is very supportive and provides the right guidance for every workout. He helps with proper form and makes sure we are doing things the right way. I always feel comfortable and confident here. The gym has a friendly atmosphere, thanks to both the trainer and the overall vibe of the place. One of the best gyms in the area! They have Jerai Fitness equipment, which is top-notch and well-maintained. The trainers are highly knowledgeable, having completed diploma courses, ensuring they provide the right guidance for workouts. The gym is clean, spacious, and has a great atmosphere for training.What I love most is the friendly environment and how the trainers focus on proper form and technique, making sure workouts are safe and effective.

My experience about this gym is really above expectations as i come to kerala often and prefer a gym where i could peacefully workout with good equipments , which always lead me to mallans gym, and the trainer is also cooperative and good to make you train to achieve your fitness goal , last but not the least carry ypur big towel to cover up machine seats as its must to keep the equipments clean and durable

One of the best gym in the area .As it's my first time being to gym this was a perfect choice .what I love the most is the friendly environment and the way our trainer makes sure every thing is right and safe .They use jerai fitness equipments in there and perfectly clean and tidy .The Trainers are certified and have very much experience .
