I am a regular online student of Lakshyastha. I have joined the yoga class from April 2023. Classes are flexible so that we can choose the class according to our suitable time. Yoga teacher is friendly and patient and she teaches yoga suitable for our health conditions. After attending yoga classes I could maintain a healthy body and mind.
