Hi, this is again - to reply your comment I'm well aware of how recovery works especially when it comes to training an unconditioned upper body. The issue wasn't soreness from warmup it was overstimulation without progressive loading. I wasn't given a program based on my level, which resulted in excessive DOMS that interfered with sleep. Rest is part of recovery, and pushing through it too early increases injury risk. My feedback wasn't about soreness it was about lack of recovery awareness, which is key in real fitness coaching. Good spacious gym to workout. Friendly & helpful staff. My trainer Sunil Sukumaran sir is very experienced and has vast knowledge about how fitness and diet go together . As I was starting as beginner after long time he started with basic workouts and slowly increased intensity of each workouts which improved my strength. He gave some suggestions about diet too which are easy to include in daily diet and which have good results.
