Inner Heart Sound Healing & Art Center

The best sound therapy experience I've had so far in India! The authenticity of the journey is incredible here. My lead for the session, Ellie, is an incredibly talented artist and sound healer. I've visited multiple sessions with her and with time it has only gotten better with each visit and every time it felt like the best experience. The place and setup is brilliant - being close to the beach, if you truly listen, you can always hear the waves crashing and birdsongs at the background. The therapy/healing sessions uses an abundance of instruments. From cleaning before the session, the studio is equipped with of all kinds of instruments - singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, instruments echoing sounds of rain, thunder and so much more! It's always been a pleasurable experience and I would recommend it to anybody for an experience or as a course with all my heart. I have been a student of Ellie myself and I can truly vouch for her brilliant teaching skills and the love and empathy she carries with her at all times.

Elizabeth is a great teacher and fully knowledgeable regarding sound healing therapy. She has sooo many instruments and also a sound bed that is amazing. I took several trainings there including the sound healing certification. We had practice sessions with volunteers and it was very rewarding to directly practice what we were learning, as well as getting direct feedback. The location is beautiful and the open classroom with the view to nature is a beautiful setting. I can't wait to be there again!

In 2023 i travelled back to Varkala to do yet another certification by specifically Ely Ruales, Inner Heart Sound Healing & Art center, and she didn't disappoint! As with every certification I've done with her (yin yoga, meditation, yoga therapy) I had an amazing time, with a full curriculum, loads of theory and practical exercises so I would be a fully fledged sound therapist and ready to start as soon as I returned home. I use my sound healing in every yoga class I do, I do private clients, I use the frequencies and vibrations to heal and let others have the opportunity to do so, too. Ely is an exceptional teacher and she takes her work very seriously. When you do any certification with her you can be sure to be ready to use it directly after landing in your own life again. I can only give her and this deeply transforming certification my absolute best!

One week full of fantastic knowledge from our dearest Elli. She gives of everything she knows. Elli became my teatcher as well as friend.
