A great gym where everyone knows and helps everyone . This place has great ambience and helps us work hard. The trainer , Shiyas Karim , is a very friendly guy who cracks jokes and teaches (yes he teaches , he doesn't just show us) exercises . The gym has leading class weight machines and when all is said and done,is a great place if you're serious about your health. Remember "Your health is not an expense , its an Investment .
