H & H is focused on strength training, and they've done a great job deploying the necessary machines to support this focus. The center is spacious, spread out across two floors, making sure there's plenty of room for everyone to work out comfortably. What impressed me most, though, was the level of coaching and personal attention. Coach Sudheesh gave me a fantastic tip that was a game-changer for my deadlift. For a long time, I was held back by what was essentially a psychological block--a fear of injury that stopped me from lifting heavy. Sudheesh's advice helped me overcome that mental barrier completely, allowing me to finally deadlift heavy and safely. That kind of thoughtful, personalized guidance is rare and invaluable. Beyond the excellent equipment and coaching, H & H has a great atmosphere. It's even visited by many celebrities, which speaks to the quality and reputation of the facility. H&H Gym in Kakkanad is one of the best premium gyms in the area. The space is really big and well-equipped with good quality machines. The BMI checking machine is a nice addition and quite useful. However, the gym does get crowded at times, which can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, it's a great place for serious workouts.

The facility is spacious and well-equipped with modern machines and free weights. Whether you're into cardio, strength training, or HIIT, there's something for everyone. Training with Mahesh Sivaram has been a game-changer for my fitness journey. From day one, he took time to understand my goals, limitations, and lifestyle, crafting a personalized plan that was both challenging and sustainable.His knowledge of exercise science and recovery is impressive, and he explain everything clearly so I always know why i am doing and what i am doing. Sessions are dynamic and motivating--never boring--and he strike the perfect balance between pushing me and keeping things safe. His guidance helped me in improving my muscle growth, fitness and endurance, and also helped me in overcoming the muscle stiffness. I've seen real results--not just physically, but in confidence and energy levels too. Mahesh Sivaram is very strict and adamant about leg training. His guidance and strict training helped and guided me to complete 4 half marathon running events. Areas of Improvement: Ensure periodic servicing of Air conditioners and Man cooler fans.

H&H Fitness Centre is a great place for workouts and fitness. Me and my wife are getting trained there for the past 6 months . The gym is well-equipped with advanced machines and facilities, making workouts efficient and enjoyable. The trainers here are highly skilled, and my trainer Mahesh, in particular, is excellent knowledgeable, supportive, and always pushing you to achieve your best.
