I've seen great improvements in my strength and overall fitness since starting with him. He's also great at explaining the exercises and ensuring proper form to prevent injuries. Highly recommend.

Worthy of every buck.... Although it may seem like the equipments are kind of old, i personally feel the trainer and equipments are just right to get you in shape compared to those posh gyms out there
