It is a fantastic gym with conducive environment for maintaining consistency. Trainers are very supportive and impart knowledge for keeping correct form while working out. Since it is a relatively new gym, not much crowded and in turn good atmosphere for newbies as well. Sufficient Equipment are in place with ample space. Altogether it is very good place for gym enthusiasts.
