Sun Shine Yoga

My wife and I are yoga beginners. We loved our private lessons at sunset on the beach in Alleppey, Kerala whilst on holiday. We learned about the benefits to the body of different poses. Shine is kind, and knowledable and we can highly recommend his classes/ practice whatever level you are. Darren and Zoe (UK).
