I have been training at box to fit for a few months now, and I am really impressed with the quality of instruction and the overall atmosphere. The head coach Shridhar is highly skilled and knowledgeable, and he's always willing to help me improve my technique. The facilities are well maintained, and the classes are challenging but fun. I highly recommend this club to anyone looking to get in shape and learn some self defence skills.
