Body Temple Yoga Center is a great place to learn and practice traditional yoga. The premises consisting of "Sai Baba" Temple.
I had been used to going there during my college days, while pursuing my B.E from JNNCE.
The teachers are knowledgeable and experienced, they are always willing to help you modify poses to fit your level of experience. The classes are challenging but not overwhelming.
The site is clean and spacious. The atmosphere is welcoming, serene and heart-warming.
