I had an amazing experience at this gym, and a huge part of that was thanks to my instructor, Krishna. He is a certified Gym instructor and he is open up and straight forward and uncompromising gym instructor. When I started, I was a complete newbie to the gym world, but Krishna's guidance was exceptional. He taught me a great deal about my body Health and Fitness and the fundamentals of working out, including CrossFit, Weight training with injury less training, and cardio. His approach is both professional and encouraging. Thanks to the excellent training, I've lost 6 kgs and have seen a significant increase in my body flexibility. I feel stronger and more confident than ever. I highly recommend this gym and especially trainer Krishna to anyone looking to start their fitness journey!

I came to Muliya Diamond Health and Fitness Center with zero knowledge about workouts, unsure how it would work for me. After pregnancy, I had gained quite a bit of weight, and my main goal was to lose it. I attended a consultation with Ms. Swathi B Shetty, and right from the start, I felt positive and hopeful about my journey. Swathi Ma'am attended me with so much care and attention, designing a workout routine and diet plan that perfectly suited my body. She guided me patiently, motivating me every step of the way. Today, after just 3 months, I've lost 21 kg, exactly as promised! This gym is Lovely! Great equipment, super clean, and a really positive atmosphere.The trainers are knowledgeable, they don't just stand around, they actively engage with members.

They provide all kinds of fitness machineries and training for a reasonable fee per month. And i liked the setup there.. me and my friend salah joined few months back and we had a great experience there.. trainers help us very well.. and they're so friendly..

Swathi Shetty is an excellent personal trainer and coach..She listens, observes and always gets the best from me in every session.. skilled, empathetic and clearly loves what she does..Highly recommend her
