I've been working out here for some time now, and I honestly couldn't ask for a better gym experience. The space is clean, well-maintained, and has all the equipment you'd need -- whether you're lifting, doing cardio, or functional training.
What really makes the difference though are the trainers. Sanjay bro and Daya bro are both super supportive and genuinely involved in your progress. They don't just give instructions and walk away -- they guide you properly, correct your form, and keep you motivated without being pushy.
The vibe here is also really good -- positive, no ego, and everyone's focused on improving. Feels more like a fitness family than just a gym.

There is separate locker rooms for Men and women. The best reasonable fees structure for the amenities provided. Everyone must go under personal training with Mr.Rakesh who is genuinely gives results for his clients. The one and only gym who have trainer with class1 certificate in Nelamangala.
