During my workout, I experienced a sharp pain and a feeling of my lower back being locked. Praveen sir immediately assisted me by guiding me through targeted stretches and mobility exercises. Thanks to his expertise and caring approach, my back pain disappeared and I felt comfortable returning to my workout.His personalized attention and professional skill as a national athlete inspire confidence in all gym members. Zenith is one of the gyms I didn't expect to be this good until I visited it. It's very well equipped with good trainers, well planned training sessions, group classes and counselling. For the price that they are charging, if you are only looking for weight gain, muscle building and not that serious about it, you can go for cheaper options. But for someone who has set goals, determined to get or maintain fit and healthy body, this is a very affordable gym. I have taken an annual membership, and I am sure I can attain my goals looking at the staff, equipment and the way they push you for getting more out of our workouts. Looking forward for the transformation, due credit to the facility.

First time I joined gym and it's a great gym. The gym ambience is good, management keeps it neat & clean. BMI test, Fitness test and Personal counselling will be made by the trainers in the gym. All trainers are very nice and they will help you in every workout, especially Sahana ma'am and Praveen sir who are always pushing you towards achieving your goals and the group classes are really useful and Streching classes by Praveen sir is really good, it helped relieve soreness and increase flexibility. The only drawback is carrying shoes everyday, locker facilities is available but only for general use. Good value for money. overall excellent experience.

Zenith Fitness is a welcoming with everything needed for a great workout. The trainers are supportive, and the group classes are engaging and motivating. The clean environment and flexible hours make it an ideal place to stay consistent and reach fitness goals.

I would like to let every single person who's planning to join this gym know that the training is not good at all. If it's about the ambience and equipment then I would give a 5 star rating. MR.SUNDER (so called trainer) doesn't know how to train properly. I've told him that I've not been working out since 2 to 3 years but he still made me do 40 pushups and cardio exercises. Even after I told him I can't do more than 3 pushups. Now I'm finding a lot of difficulty in walking and and moving my body.!! I would suggest the management to take action about it. And I would also suggest every person who's planning to join this gym to not get trained under him!!!
