Kausthub and multifit is a total fraud. He has collected subscriptions and then immediately closed without any information. He hasn't issued any refunds and is not even answering calls. Mall management also has unpaid dues from Kausthub and they have locked the premises and installed notices. Avoid Kausthub and multifit like the plague

Equipment is good and clean. The trainers know what they're doing and are helpful. There are different classes to try for all fitness levels. The place is always kept tidy and smells nice. People are friendly and it's easy to feel comfortable there.

Joining gym has made my life more disciplined than usual and joining this particular gym has made my morale go up the roof. My experience in this gym has been really satisfactory in every aspect like equipments, trainers, ambience, cleanliness, discipline etc. Workout space and equipments are well maintained and cleaned and re racked after every workout. And there's batches and group sessions schedules for each day if you're new to the gym and don't know what to Do.

when i joined gym i was 71kgs and now im 66kgs in just like 3 months due to the motivation that the gym gives me like disciplined training sessions which i recieved from here. they provide you the diet charts, personalised and customised and aid in every aspect and need to your health. they give assistance on the dos and donts in respect to your age and taking in mind about the health conditions. the atmosphere is friendly and absolutely safe.

This is undoubtedly one of my best gym on the Mysore .reasonably priced for what you can get .the trainers are cool and helpful ,knowledgeable.equipment are good and modern.trainers are ready to help anytime.overall there is healthy environment...

One of the best place for workout. Experienced trainers encourage each one of us. Equipments are very well maintained.workout area is cleaned after completion of each batch. Workouts are planned in such a way that it takes care of our cardiac and fitness. Keeps mentally and physically healthy.

It has everything an individual expects in a workout place. The best workout place in mysore compared to other gyms. I have been working out for 4 years in different gyms, never been to any gym like this one . For people who are really a fitness freak I would recommend you to try this place .

Amazing place to workout, the coaches are very well learnt and guide effectively. The group workouts and games are so good that you wouldn't mind waking up early and ride to the gym.
