Past 4days I am coming for gym at 10am, I never general trainer in gym all are personal trainers, so think twice before joining gym if taken personal trainers it ll worthy other wards simply you have to workout yourself by watching you tube videos

Absolutely love working out at Gold's Gym! The facilities are well maintained. A special shoutout to my trainer Najeeb Sir- super dedicated, knowledgeable, and always pushes me to give my best. The staff here is friendly, supportive, and always ready to help.

There is no proper space for even to do stretching and little private space to relax and do post workout exercises. Everything is so congested!! Most of the time you have to wait to get chance on one particular equipment as there are only 1 for each. At least they have to take bigger space and keep 2 to 3 equipments for similar workout types. Being charged so high price per month as cult member, this doesn't meet the full expectations. Equipments are average. The previous building space was good.

Their encouragement and the positive environment they've cultivated have truly helped me stay motivated and consistent with my fitness routine. Mr Prakash is always approachable, offering great advice, and genuinely makes you feel like a valued part of the gym family. Their dedication is evident in every aspect of the gym's operation, making it a truly enjoyable place to work out.

For the price that this Gym charges, they aren't facilitating with the Gold standard equipments and space to workout. The change rooms are scattered with shoes and Gym wear with improper rules to be followed. Like I said, the membership is quite expensive, but I expected a but more spaciousness and quality considering the premium brand it has been worldwide

I have been working out for the past two years and I am quite happy with the service. My favorite person and manager there is Mr. Prakash. He always greets everyone with a warm smile. No one interferes with each other's workouts. I want to reiterate that Prakash is such a wonderful person.
