AMAZING GYM and WORKOUTS! The gym is clean, the equipment is top-notch, and the staffs are friendly and professional. They know how to push you to your limit, providing tips and tricks to maximize every workout. If you follow the trainers' guidance, you will see good results. I highly recommend this gym.

Both of the Co-Founders are very friendly. Equipments and maintenance are fine.Once they had pretty good trainers who were very supportive and knowledgable . But the current trainer especially "Harish" is very rude, harsh in behaviour to the clients doesn't guide you even if you're doing exercises in wrong from. Overall good gym But Trainers aren't up to the mark.

Writing this review after several unpleasant experiences with other gyms in the past. To start with, Mr Visshwa who is a co-founder of EFC, is an amazing gentleman who will always make sure to check on you if things are going smoothly. Trainers are good and are very helpful unlike other gyms, where they would reach out to you only if you opt for personal training,else they don't even bother to correct you if you are not maintaining the correct posture . Equipments are good , locker /changing room is spacious and the entire facility is maintained well. My best wishes to EFC team .
