This gym is very spacious and neat, with well-maintained equipment that is easily accessible. The staff is helpful, and the trainers are knowledgeable and approachable. Spacious and well equipped gym with supportive staffs as well as trained professionals. Parking is also available for your vehicle and best thing is its open from 5:30 am to 10pm, which is flexible timings for my schedule but it require a shoulder press machine, other then that all good.

I have been training in Wellness fit since few months. Tilak is helping me with all the exercise routine. He has good knowledge and holistic in his approach. I've had an amazing experience at this gym! The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a great workout. The atmosphere is motivating, and everyone here is really supportive. Special mention to my trainer, Akash - he's extremely knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated. He takes the time to understand individual goals and designs workouts that are both challenging and effective. His guidance on form, technique, and nutrition has made a huge difference in my progress. He pushes you just the right amount, making every session productive and enjoyable.
