Hello I am Aakriti Bisaria . I was recommended to Mam Kshama by my Dr Seema from Banglore. I was diagnosed with consistent Pcos last year. I joined Mam's classes immediately. Initially My body was stiff like and Iron Rod but with Mam's training within a year my body has become very flexible. I am also free from Pcos. The Best thing about Mam is she pays detailed attention each time for my posture and immediately corrects it. She is always warm and kind to answer any doubt that I have.
