I have tried the Ball fit class , Strength and conditioning class , step fit classes here . It has been a nice experience so far , trainers Harsh , Nikitha , Zabi are knowledgeable and friendly in guiding you at every step . Classes are fun , I am already seeing an improvement in my stamina and core strength. With a variety of workouts each day, you would never get bored at any point. I would highly recommend this place for all fitness enthusiasts.

I started my fitness journey with Group ex. I have been with them for about a year now and I have made such tremendous progress with my health and body. I'm looking forward to many such productive years with them. What I like best about them, apart from the excellent trainers, who motivate and make sure you really do your best, is the variety of classes they offer which makes workout really a fun session and so fulfilling at the end of the day.

I joined this gym 5 months ago and it was recommended by one of my friend. I have been to gyms before but the gym that groupex is and the workouts that they have are excellent and one of the best gyms in mangalore I can say especially for womens. I joined this gym when I weighed a lot and after five months lost a lot of weight and it has also boosted my confidence. Groupex has one of the best trainers they are very friendly and knowledgeable and always keep us motivated.

After two months at Groupex Fitness, I highly recommend it. Their diverse weekly workouts, well-trained instructors, and options for male, female, and mixed batches, plus personal training, offer a great fitness experience.

My first experience with Group ex fitness gym has been amazing and they have not disappointed me in anyway. Excellent personal training and trainers are well qualified with their knowledge. So far this is the best Fitness centre in Mangalore. Group ex fitness has been awesome to me. Amazing personal trainers. The trainers are really awesome and helpful, they make you feel really comfortable. This is a very clean and hygiene place for workout. Training at Group ex fitness was my best decision. I have been going to Groupex fitness for more than 3 months now. If you have any fitness goals to achieve, then this is the right place. Trainers: All the Trainers have set the exercises and the respective modification based on the level of difficulty. You feel good after the workout. I was consistent and there were no energy crashes during the day. One would not want to skip the classes. They will also explain if the posture or position of the workout is wrong and correct us. Toilets and shower facility is also available and cleaned regularly. Cost Its value for money. Reasonably priced. It is worth every penny.

Group ex fitness is the best and I personally have a good experience and my body feels so flexible and toned !!
