The owner of the gym Mr Vincent Carlo is a common wealth good medallist in bench press. The owner has a keen eye and fine tunes techniques and practices without which I would have injured myself. Please go somewhere else if you want AC, sauna jacuzzi..this is for serious training only.

I was SO lucky to find this as my Gym while in Mangalore for 6 weeks. The gym is a bit crowded with equipment but otherwise great. As others have written, the _feeling_ here is awesome! And the training is better than World Class!! I especially liked novel (to me, at least), simple exercises that don't need fancy equipment. The coach is patient and attention to detail is impeccable. Come in the morning. There's no A/C but the gym probably has the best scenary of ANY gym in the city! Three big windows allow breeze in and out, so the air is good. But it's the same air one breathes outside. I promise - under Vincent's training, you'll likely not be able to focus on more than the move you are carrying out! FANTASTIC!

Best Gym in Manglore , a salute to Mr Vincent Carlo Sir who is very enthusiastic in training Power lifting athletes and body builders and also happens to be my trainer as well . Gym is very well equipped with all kinds of equipment's required for body building and power lifting. best part over here is getting trained by Mr Vincent who is a 2011 Commonwealth gold medalist in bench press.
