Dear Shweta Dixit mam, I am really glad to join you for my yoga pratices. I have been practicing yoga with you from past 3 months. I feel every day I have been learning something new, trying something new. I felt so short about myself when I joined you. I felt need for learning more with you. I am so amazed with your knowledge. I feel like any problem shweta mam. Any health issue shweta, food problem shweta, my career issue shweta, my dogs problem shweta, my mental state shweta. You literally had been the best couseller and well wisher till now. I have never felt like missing a single class of your's as you made sure that every class is worth attending it. My experience with prakruti yoga and wellness centre was excellent I rejoined prakruti yoga centre post my delivery as i was going through PPD, i was provided with counselling sessions and also yoga practice sessions which helped me to recover sooner from ppd as well as from c-section. Other than practicing yoga during the session, i was also told to practice few things though the day which helped me to concentrate and recover . Overall I had a very good experience thanks to Shweta.

I recently had the privilege of attending personalized yoga sessions from Shweta ma'am, who has truly transformed my perspective on yoga and wellness. From the very beginning, she exhibited a remarkable level of empathy and understanding. I have joined Prakruti Yoga Center from past 2 months. I had multitude of problems such as anxiety, menstruation and weight issues due to a stressful environment and improper diet and was not able to control the diet. After joining the course here I managed to control my eating habits with the guidance of Shweta Ma'am who provided a personal diet plan which helped me to control my eating habits. I have been taught all the essential asanas to address the problems. Shweta Ma'am is very courteous and corrected my postures when required patiently addressed all my concerns. It is a great honour to learn from a yoga master like you ma'am. During the initial days felt quite up hill. However, once I had spent one whole week of daily practice, my body felt considerably lighter. Thank you so much for such a refreshing class. The personal attention was very much appreciated.
