The female trainer is unsupportive and demotivating, making this gym an unsuitable environment for women, especially those dealing with mental health issues like depression. This gym might be good for men, but not for women, as the female trainer doesn't treat us well and always demotivates us for the future. The lady trainer is not good she makes fun of the client's whoever so on their figure and she's very rude and she didn't treat me well. I don't think you should go there it depends upon you i have just given my advice so because I have suffered their and as to be honest I recommend you not to join
