I've been a member of IFitness Hubli for the past 6 months, and I'm very happy with the experience. The gym is spacious, well-maintained, and has all the essential equipment. Trainers are professional and helpful. Steam and shower facilities are also available and clean. Great value for money!

I recently joined I-Fitness Gym and being completely new to the gym, I was a bit nervous at first. But my trainer Prem made the experience so smooth and motivating. He is a fantastic trainer the way he teaches, explains every workout in detail and supports throughout is truly commendable. This is my first time in a gym, I couldn't have asked for a better start. Trainers like Prem are rare dedicated, knowledgeable and truly passionate. I feel genuinely happy and motivated to come back every day. Well maintained gym with modern, high-quality equipment and excellent hygiene standards. Trainers are highly professional, friendly and genuinely supportive in every session. I have been a member at IFitness Gym Hubli (Vidya Nagar branch) for over 5years now, and I can confidently say this is one of the best fitness centers in the city. Starting from the **infrastructure**, the gym is very well-maintained, clean, and spacious. It has a wide range of equipment for cardio, strength training, functional workouts, and free weights. All machines are regularly serviced and in working condition. There's a separate floor for functional training and stretching, which is really helpful during peak hours. One of the biggest strengths of this gym is the **trainer team**. They are qualified, approachable, and genuinely interested in helping members achieve their goals. Ifitness helped me plan my workouts and diet routine effectively. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, the trainers make sure your posture and technique are correct, which minimizes injury and maximizes results. I also really appreciate the **amenities** offered: clean washrooms, lockers, changing rooms, steam room, and even a salon service inside the gym. The hygiene standards are well-maintained, and staff regularly sanitize the space, which adds to the comfort and safety. The **gym atmosphere** is very positive and motivating. My name is Purushottam, and I've been a loyal member of I Fitness for almost 2 years now. While I've always appreciated the gym's equipment and environment, I'm extremely disappointed by the ongoing negative experience I've had with one specific staff member -- I believe his name is Khadar (or something similar). Every time I request him to switch on the steam room, I get the same careless and frustrating excuses -- "I have to do lunch," or "The steam machine is not working" -- without him even checking. It's almost like he just doesn't want to help. This has happened multiple times, and I've started to feel ignored and disrespected for simply asking for a service that comes with my membership. What's worse, even before I finish my workout, he keeps approaching me again and again, asking me to re-rack the equipment -- as if I'm doing something wrong. I always rack up after my sets, but the way he behaves makes me feel like I'm being monitored unnecessarily while I'm still mid-session. It's disturbing and demotivating. No matter what I ask -- whether it's a simple question or a request -- his first and only response is always a hard "NO". There's no professionalism, no cooperation, no courtesy. Just straight-up arrogance and rude behavior. As a person who comes to the gym to stay focused and grow physically and mentally, this behavior has started to take a toll on me. The gym should be a place of positivity, motivation, and respect -- not somewhere that makes me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome because of one individual's attitude. I sincerely request the I Fitness management to look into this matter urgently. This is not just about a steam room or equipment -- it's about creating a gym culture that respects its members. I wish there was any minus rating I would have given minus. I used their saloon service if you like your hair and money please never ever use their saloon. Me and my friend went around 3:30 pm to get hair colored they finished around 8pm and end result was chi tu they just ruined my hair. The response from person who did was sometimes mistake happens so basically they have zero customer service ettiqutes one after spending so much time and money in return you get is ruined hairs and say mistake happens. I have wasted my hard earned money and time here please don't waste yours in their saloon. They charged 300rs per streak I got 6 streaks so total 1800rs mine gone for damaged look. They have no basic curtesy also despite of me telling 100 times how I want what color I want end result was they wasted lot of time n huried in the to finish and streaks all ruined. I so so want to file consumer case for runing my hair and stating as mistake wasting my time and money and end result what I got is just dissatisfaction, disappointment and returned home depressed. So don't use their saloon service if you love your hair and people who work their they just know to brag about themselves.
