Constant support, continuous motivation and watch over by the trainer helps in improving every single day. It was "Body Art yoga therapy" where I got tremendous treatment and hence improvement for about 15 days. Now there is no headache and no eye pain and hence no spectacles. Now I'm continuing yoga practice.
