Excellent service by fitness trainer Arif. I am currently getting trained by Mr. Arif to remain fit and healthy. My journey so far has been excellent with an amalgamation of fit exercises, reasonable diet and good relaxation. The trainer is not too pushy, he understands the clients body limits and trains according to their likability, yet being strict. It is very easy to exercise and get trained by Mr. Arif as he gives you the time and space you require. Overall, I am enjoying the experience trying to be fit and healthy at the same time, as he has inculcated the mindset in me.

He's seriously the best. Not only does he have extensive knowledge about workouts and diets, but he's also super patient and takes the time to explain everything. Plus, he genuinely cares about body posture during workouts, making sure we have proper form and technique. If you're looking for a trainer who's knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares, I highly recommend him. You won't be disappointed!

Arif is a fantastic coach and mentor! He is really knowledgable and always takes the time to explain the details of any exercise so that I fully get what I'm doing. He is also very friendly and accommodating; he is always willing to answer my queries and modify exercises or plans to meet my specific needs. I wholeheartedly endorse Arif as a fitness coach!

Aarif is a great trainer. He is a professional who not only suggests you workout but also focus on the posture, techniques, breathing and majorly gives you advice on the diet. He doesn't believe in one size fit all mentality, he customises workout based on your daily lifestyle. I am happy to be his client have been training under him from last 4 months and he has helped me to transform both physical and mentally.

Arif is very good trainer . He sees every one of his students or the rookies as equal . He can make fit and perfect weight and body personality . As I am getting trained by him every day.
