This is the worst gym I ever joined.there is only one trainer who will train you based on your religion.if you are a kannadiga he won't teach you any workout plans and you should speak to him in Hindi or tamil otherwise he won't care what you ask him.gym owner is a good person.but the problem is he is not the trainer. They also started removing workout equipments day by day. First there was no Machine to do shoulder press and a few days ago they have also removed many other machines.you have to pay full money but you also have to find alternative ways to finish your workouts. Never ever join this gym.

Ample of space this gym has all the machine for all muscle group and you will find space for cross fit as well
